Additional Services

  • $25 an hour for security if alcohol is present

  • $200 one time fee for pool house use during your event

  • $1 per additional chair

  • $8 per additional table

  • $200 for heated pool and jacuzzi

  • $10 per hour, per machine, if you bring a moonwalk, water-slide, margarita machine, dj, band, etc.

Additional information

  • All rentals include the private pool for you and your guests, and all outdoor activities including: Volleyball, basketball, swings, etc. 

  • If you do not rent the kitchen or apartment to use during for your event you only have access to the restroom.

  • Everyone needs to rinse their feet before returning to the pool after playing in the grass area. 

  • These rates are not reflective of holidays or holiday weekends.

  • Only swim wear is allowed in the pool.

  • No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool.

  • No food or drinks are allowed in the pool. This includes candy. Everything has to stay outside the gate.

  • No confetti is allowed in the property. No confetti poppers, cannons, balloons, etc.

  • We are not responsible for any items left behind.

  • No portable bars for bartending allowed.

  • No selling of tickets for any events for personal profit allowed.

  • *REQUIREMENT* Any child that does not know how to swim MUST wear a life jacket or floaters.

  •  All children MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES!

*All deposits are NON-refundable for cancellations. If it rains the day of your event you are able to reschedule but it would have to be on our next available date. You may only reschedule one time due to weather. If you reschedule and it doesn't rain or it stops raining on the date you had first booked, deposit will not be refunded in consideration for the lost opportunity to rent the facility to other user. Final payments are due 10 days before the event. Deposits are returned within 15 days after the event if there are no damages and all areas are left completely clean and the exact same condition it was when you arrive. We provide trash cans, bags and dispose of your trash from the trash cans into the trash container for you, the rest must be picked up. Cancellation refunds on final payments (minus a 15% service charge) are only provided if we are able to book an event or rent the apartment for the term you had reserved. A 15% service fee is added on top of all bookings. Visits to look at the property and bookings are done by appointment only! Please message us if you would like to set up an appointment.
